“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.
When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident.
The replacement room was on a low……

“An excellent hotel, with warm staff and attention to detail. The staff were so helpful and kind. The evening drinks were lovely and the room was very brilliant with one of the best showers ever and a comfortable big bed. Plus a great location for cafes and heading into central London.”

“The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. ”

“Check in process was very labor intensive (needed passports uploaded plus a different link with our confirmation number). So we arrive not knowing we didn’t get our door code for entry. Irritated but ok. We went next door to have wine and complete our process thinking once we get our entrance code we can drop off bags and meet our friends, only to find out that the place was not cleaned. Dirty towels, bed, toilet, etc. we had to quickly book another place, walk over, and were very late to……

“A second visit to this flat which is ideally situated and very convenient. Some of the fittings are getting tired but overall condition is good. The flat could do with a deep clean, the sofa in particular and some kitchen utensils need replacing. The stairs and common area are still a bit grubby. The fans were very welcome and it would have been nice to be able to open the windows a bit more. I realise there's a safety issue but it would be nice to be able to get more airflow through the flat.”
